BreadCrumb gives you full control over your data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, send an email to support@breadcrumb.works with the subject line “Delete My Account”. Include the email address associated with your BreadCrumb account so we can locate it.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Data Type Status
Account information (email, profile) Deleted
Projects Deleted
Tasks Deleted
Notes and quick notes Deleted
AI assistant conversation history Deleted
Attachments and uploaded files Deleted
Anonymized analytics data Retained

Anonymized analytics data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for product improvement purposes. This data contains no personal information.

Retention Period

Once an account deletion request is processed, your personal data and user content are permanently deleted within 30 days.

Encrypted backups containing your data may persist for up to 90 days after deletion before being automatically purged. During this period, the data is not accessible or recoverable.

Delete Data Without Deleting Your Account

If you’d like to keep your account but remove specific data, you have a couple of options:

Delete individual projects, tasks, and notes from within the app at any time
Email support@breadcrumb.works to request deletion of specific data while keeping your account active
